2. SUBJECT This Commercial Communication and Electronic Communication Consent Agreement regulates the terms and conditions for providing consent for VERİSAY İLETİŞİM VE BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİ SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ ("SELLER") to send promotional, marketing, advertising, campaign, promotion, and update information, and all types of commercial communication using electronic communication tools (e-mail, SMS, phone, etc.) to the BUYER.
3. COMMUNICATION METHODS The SELLER can reach the BUYER through the following communication methods:
- Short Message Service (SMS)
- Phone call
- Messages via social media accounts
- Push notifications
4. SCOPE OF CONSENT By accepting this agreement, the BUYER declares that they consent to receive commercial electronic communications from the SELLER through the methods specified above and to the processing of their personal data for these communications. The scope of this consent may include:
- Product and service promotions
- Campaigns and promotions
- Customer satisfaction surveys
- Notifications about new products and services
- Direct marketing activities
5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA The BUYER agrees that their personal data shared with the SELLER will be processed, stored, and used in accordance with the purpose of this agreement and in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related regulations. The BUYER acknowledges being informed about the purposes for which their personal data will be processed, the recipients of the data, the method and legal basis for data collection, and other rights under Article 11 of the KVKK.
6. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT The BUYER has the right to withdraw their consent to receive commercial electronic communications at any time without providing a reason. The BUYER can exercise this right using one of the following methods:
- By clicking the "unsubscribe" link in electronic communications
- By calling the SELLER's customer service number
- By providing written notice to the SELLER
The SELLER will process the BUYER's request to withdraw consent within a maximum of 3 business days and will stop sending commercial electronic communications.
7. EFFECTIVENESS This agreement becomes effective when the BUYER provides electronic consent.
