Need for Change, Expectations and Goals

Having more than one company , Myhome operates in corporate, B2B and B2C service models. There are 12 different websites actively operating under Myhome . Myhome has started a comprehensive search for B2B and B2C E-Commerce ERP solutions in order to meet its operational needs and increase efficiency in the digital transformation process. Myhome, which wants to cope with the increasing workload and complex operational processes, needed a centralized and integrated system where it can monitor critical business functions such as warehouse management , current account tracking , average maturity analysis and sales turnover in 12 different website management. Entranet Software implemented Comwize solutions to meet the digitalization needs of My Home as a result of comprehensive business process analyses. Critical business areas such as management, product management, order management, unlimited pricing management, stock tracking, finance and accounting processes, order and dealer management, campaign management, multi-language and multi-currency support for 12 different websites operating in both B2B and B2C service models were structured in an integrated manner, including CRM .

Implementation and Distribution Process

Cargo tracking systems , current payment integrations , e-collection systems , order management modules , POS applications , e-invoice infrastructures , customer cards and business partner applications have begun to be actively used on Myhome's websites.
